The only Indicator release I own is Body Double, which has a terrific presentation. Indicator, by all accounts, does good work across the board.

I'm glad The Piano Teacher artwork went untouched.

Yup. I saw it a second time last month and it really confirmed for me that it's probably Reichardt's best film and definitely one of the best of last year.

Really happy about The Piano Teacher and Certain Women, especially, but I was kinda hoping they'd have announced Personal Shopper by this point.

I bought their releases of Housekeeping and Fat City recently, and watched Housekeeping the other day. Good label.

I saw Stalker last Saturday, too, but I don't think it was a restoration. Kind of strange since usually theatrical rights get locked down.

From the Janus Stalker trailer, it looks like the sepia parts of the movie are a lot brighter, is that true? Like the part where they follow the train into the zone looks like it happens at a different time of day now.

Lots of great-sounding extras on that, worth it for fixing the aspect ratio alone though

Barry Lyndon looks pretty stacked but it doesn't look like FWWM will have much added.

What? I love a good directors cut as much as the next guy, but Lynch cut the "missing pieces" from the film, and not under any pressure. If there was a new cut it'd be a revisiting, which, I trust that he'd do a good new cut but obviously it's wholly up to him whether he thinks it needs it and it doesn't seem that he does. I love having he missing pieces footage as a supplement and don't understand why people feel it needs to be integrated.

I don't understand why you're all complaining about a bare bones Blu-Ray of FWWM, when that's the entire point of Twin Peaks, these characters baring their bones to cosmic forces of good and evil, and waiting for the forces to judge their bones in return.
