What's your favorite album of 2008

Health insurance rip off lying FDA big bankers buying
Fake computer crashes dining
Cloning while they're multiplying
Fashion shoots with Beck and Hanson
Courtney Love, and Marilyn Manson
You're all fakes
Run to your mansions
Come around
We'll kick your ass in

Don't feel like ranking albums from that year, but Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! did a lot to restore my faith in Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds.

looking at the metacritic list for this year it really was unbelievably bleak. i think hot chip was the only good album, which reminds me of why i distinctly remember listening to basically nothing but dexys "don't stand me down" and "the lexicon of love" for like eight months straight

the byrne and eno album from this year almost always makes me sob because it reminds me of my first girlfriend but it doesn't really have that much inherent value
