Anyone here (Hellphone; Shake Some Action) good at making GIFs from YouTube videos? I've tried using GIFSoup to make one and I'm not pleased with the results. Would be much appreciated.

I use greasemonkey to get the videos, ffmpeg to pull the frames out, then gimp to put them back together.
