im making this because i actually feel slightly nauseated at the idea of eating within an hour or two of waking up (before coffee even) and it's always been this way

i had scrambled eggs, sausage, edamame, and coffee for breakfast. it used to just be coffee and a granola bar. i miss that.

i didn't eat cereal for like 15 years, but i've been pretty hooked on bran flakes + other shit for the last 3 months.

I like to eat something with my coffee, on the go it's usually a pastry or bagel. Typically something more substantial at br/lunch.

i fucking love breakfast and breakfast foods but its pretty much relegated to weekends

weekdays, its a handful of almonds, a banana, and 2 cups of coffee when i get to work

my old lady and i already go through a lot of fucking milk per week just from drinking it that the oatmeal thing is making our dairy consumption even more insane since you have to use like a 1/4 gallon for a batch of oatmeal but fuck it whatever

i have a big breakfast on weekends sometimes

but i just have java on weekdays and sometimes a breakfast sandwich from Dunkin' Donuts

i been makin a smoothie that's banana, coffee, cocoa powder, and pb it's really really good and, most importantly, is at its core coffee

by 7 a.m. i am also holding a cappuccino that has 4 shots of espresso in it and then i drink that
yesterday i had a 5 hr energy extra strength that i got from comic con and it was the fucking worst
