I've been listening to a lot of The Fall ever since MES died and other than that a good amount of Husker Du and the Residents lately

I do not like "indie" rock!

Bands are still good. Well, the ones that are good. But most of those are gone. New bands pretty much all stink.

one time I was feeling suicidally depressed and I wrote my old roommate and I said "dude, I hate this earth, I hate everything and everyone, I hate life and being alive" and my old roommate said "you don't hate DJ Screw" and I was like ":D"

long story short I'm still alive

Is selected ambient works vol 2 worth owning on vinyl for 25 bux? It's at the local record store in the used bin and I keep passing on it but I kinda want it

I would say yes

I have wasted a lot of money on records not nearly as good as that

I have had a great time at a black metal festival and great times at two goa trance festivals.

I have never gone to an "indie" rock festival.

I do not like "indie" rock!

I believe boarder sharkhax posted it here many years ago

fantastic album

albert kuvezin was a tuvan throat singer who was recruited into leningrad hipster culture by the dude from the band Tsentr to do sorta cheesey electronica / khoomej fusion that was pretty whatever but then he struck out on his own with Yat-Kha and did it awesomely
