Was there and Australian band called The Bells?

There was a band from Australia in the late 80s/early 90s that I thought was called The Bells but I can't find anything on them and can only find the older Canadian band called The Bells. One of their albums had a picture of jellyfish on the cover. They broke up sometime in the mid-90s, and I read an article about them in some magazine, and then I found the aforementioned album w/ the jellyfish on the cover in a bargain bin and bought it.

Anyway, it's been bugging me what this band was called if they weren't called The Bells.

You see, the band was called The Chills, but the album was called Submarine Bells. That's where the "bells" part came in and why I got confused trying to remember this band I had one cassette of 25 years ago.
