A very very small amount of the course material taught in school was in regards to therapies. We were taught to adjust for two hours per week and the remaining 38 hours were human sciences. Seems kinda odd looking back on it.

Nope, to be honest, they teach that type of material at the US chiro colleges such as Palmer. At my school, it was all about preparing for the Canadian board exams - we were inundated with microbiology, neurophysiology, radiology, anatomy, etc etc etc.
