Apropos of EVERYTHING, saw Tron last night for the first time in 16 years.
Bad idea.

It's definitely not as I remembered it.
Admittedly, I'm less excited about Legacy after watching it.
Probably should avoid movies from my youth from now on.

Reminds me of John Carpenters 'Escape from New York'. Well, the bits that aren't just techno.

It can't be much worse than the original, and Bridges looks awesome in it

A John Carpenter/Daft Punk collaboration is the type of stupid thing I would dream about.
Like the time I dreamt I was a member of the Beastie Boys and when I woke up I was shocked to learn that I wasn't a member of the Beastie Boys.
Or more recently that Black Dice put out some sort of summer mixtape full of weirdo pitch shifting remixes of contemporary pop songs.

Who cares about Tron Legacy? Movie will obviously be dumb, but I'll still see it just for the music.
