hate the ducks, but hell if they're not the best team i've seen in a long while. Might be the first uw game i'll purposefully miss in 3 years, but watching what'll happen'd be worse.

really really hoping mizzou can somehow pull the upset because with homecoming being this weekend also, columbia would go about as nuts as is possible for a college town in central missouri

at the same time, pulled pork is probably right

why does the ap write its articles as if anyone cares about their rankings?

The No. 1 ranking means nothing—yet—and the 60-13 victory over the Bruins was simply the next step for the Ducks.

The third-ranked Sooners (6-0, 2-0 Big 12) said Thursday

It's been pretty awesome having college gameday here all week. I was studying for an exam in a lab this morning
and Erin Andrews walked in casually with a cup of coffee. I'm gonna be Loko all weeken with hopes of making it on television and/or banging Erin Andrews

seeing oregon beat ucla like that should be expected. ucla beating texas was a complete fluke and it's a pretty safe bet they lose the rest of their games

oregon is fun to watch and the stanford win was esp impressive, but their schedule so far has been absolutely pathetic and i'm still curious what happens to them as soon as they play a defense that is even remotely good

This is one of those weeks where I can play the alumni card and act like I care about Mizzou football.

I guess there were probably some big nights during their big season a couple years back, but the only night that ever came close to exploding when I was there was their game against OU in CoMo in 2002. Brad Smith's big coming-out party -- things just fell apart in the fourth quarter.

GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEDAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY-AH

I'm so excited for today. Gonna park cars and put 3 C notes in my pocket and then walk over to the stadium for the game. We are going to crush these guys as long as Cam does his thing and Patrick Patterson doesn't have a huge game.

I have visions of Jarrett Lee looking very effective today, but I don't think that will cost us. Score is going to be something like 28-17.

Also sI will go out on a limb and say Missouri has not chance this year. Anyone remember that game they had against Texas a few years ago that was supposed to be a huge matchup but was 35-0 UT by halftime? That won't happen but I don't see Mizzou being competitive for more than 3 quarters. Hope I'm wrong.

Iowa is gonna crush Wisconsin.

Yeah, regardless of who wins, I don't know how you keep the team at the top of football's best division out of the top 2:

#4 Auburn
#6 LSU
#8 Alabama
#24 Mississippi State
#23 Arkansas
Mississippi

If auburn wins today, they will have beaten 4 teams that are currently ranked.

Did no one else watch LSU give up 29 to Florida 2 weeks ago? Florida sucks this year. We are going to roll these guys. It's not going to be a blowout, because they just have too many good players, probably more than all but 3-4 teams, but it's not going to be close either. As long as Cam doesn't get Mallett'd, we're good.

If Vandy wins their next 5 games, they will go to the SEC Championship, with sole possession of first place in the East.

It won't happen, but how many times have you been able to say that the last week of October? The East is a joke this year.
