using this firefox plugin should help protect you from this by forcing HTTPS for many sites (including facebook)

incredible (and easy) facebook creeping tool

just do a search for a common first name for a girl (example sarah)

facebook will return a bunch of sarahs, and the first chicks will be girls you have mutual friends with, and you can usually browse their pics unless they put some anticreep privacy settings on

I have very deliberately not logged in which is overkill because I doubt there are more than 10 people in Mid-Missouri that are aware of this

More or less happy to report that my school's wireless security stifles this exploit. I can't imagine we're *that* far ahead of most universities in this area.

used this last night in the library. only got onto like 4 or 5 accounts. i didn't do anything except check people's inbox messages because i don't want to fuck up their profiles, i'm just a nosey douchebag i guess. anyway, this one guy had an ongoing facebook message convo with this one chick. he was her drug dealer and he was also banging her while her boyfriend was deployed in afghanistan. one of her messages was like, "his brother just came by to bring him to the airport, come over". thats when i uninstalled the plugin.

but by granting admin level access to the extension, you potentially rooted your computer and gave that dude full access.
