as far as fruit pop tarts are concerned i think i prefer microwaved to toasted

maybe its just because i temped at a place that only had awful blueberry pop tarts in the vending machine and didnt have a toaster oven, and that pop tart was like the only good thing that ever happened in my day before 11 am

also, mcwop, what you could try doing is inviting your friends out constantly, but only to things that you know they dont want to do

my friend lives all the way across town, and while i like his wife, she has turned him into a wet blanket and early bedtime person. anyway, he is constantly inviting me to come out to bars in his neighborhood (20 dollar cab ride, impossible to take public transportation). he never ever comes out and hangs out with me or my boys in any of our neighborhoods, but yet we still feel slightly guilty that we never go visit him. its a bold move but it kind of works

cold pop tarts

can we make it scrabble

and did you know that microwaved poptarts get a little chewy rather than crisp--it's pleasant in its own way

yeah but they take at least 15 seconds, not 3 like the box suggests

i'm really trying to convey that it's not a choice

i can't just "roll over"

when i'm up, i'm up

i mean i can just be limp for awhile, but i'd rather get up and do something

this only works if I'm woken up by something, like say an alarm or a person. if I wake up naturally there's no falling back asleep.

true

my best friend has just proposed to this girl who has no real friends. she doesn't really understand the concept of having 1-2 close friends for half your life or more

i get the feeling that unless i get a steady girlfriend so we can double-date i'll have to resign to the fact i can only see the guy like once a month

it just sucks

the thing is the GF is pretty awesome so it won't be much of a problem, but you know how the first few months of a relationship are.

I'll just make more of an effort in general, she is down for most things anyway. But we go get up at 6:30 every morning u kno.
