Love Staind Glass so much.

I can't remember if they did this last time, but I did think it was a little mean-spirited to just lie about song titles/artists.

I love how Todd knows more about Tallest Man On Earth than David Bowie.

having todd glass on there to tease for 90 mins just reinforced the idea that scott has to be able to be an asshole for the thing to be funny. not that he has to be that unrelenting with adam but these last few have been a real snooze imo

I'll agree that latest REMs have not been funny; but as someone who dropped out of fandom after OOT I'm actually enjoying the musical discussion which has always been superfluous otherwise

That said; everyone buy the shit out of Staind Glass shirts so it can become it's own regular show

I know it's a whole thing, but how many times has Scott mentioned Kid A over the course of this show? 50?

The David Wain episode of REM was great and then I fell off the edge so hard that I've got the Staind Glass episode downloaded and am looking for the inspiration to listen to it

Joel Kim Booster episode was A grade. As well as the excellent Lithium cover, I kept laughing whenever they talked about the one boy on the cruise ship. Conga line!

And yeah I guess the Kid A thing has crossed over to the level of "Maybe it's just me, but for me" from Scott. Except he sounds so sincere every time he brings it up.

Really loved when Todd guessed "Yes!" immediately during the opening of Vertigo in the "REM or Not?" game, because of "Something about the sticks up front"

I feel like a real dope that Staind Glass, while funny, made me feel kind of bad and I constantly wanting them to bring him into the joke. I'm not quite sure if the power of joke is the entirety of how hopeless he is, but giving him a little something feels like it'd have helped, for me?

Pretty sure this is my equivalent of centerists saying 'I just wish there was more civility in the discourse' though.

TJ Miller is on the new Doug Loves Movies :?

Almost kind of curious to see if they touch anything with a ten foot pole but pretty sure they won't and pretty sure, after a quick pop in back to subscribing because I was running out of semi fun stuff to listen to that I'm back out
