I know the original post was made by someone here. I think it was Pootis or Swamp thing. I'm pretty sure it included the thing about turning around and walking away if someone was working at 7-11. It feels like it could be either of their senses of humor. Can anyone help me out here.
Aha I think this was me but it also sounds very Nick

Which kinda bums me out. We couldn't have had more different lives but when we were together we were two peas in a pod. Which is funny becausd I hated him here until we met and he was just the absolute best person to be around. I guess it's like my mom in that the physical distance and sporadic irl contact makes it easier to trick myself into thinking it's just a lacuna, not reality.

Maybe 2 years ago someone posted about how they work at a film studio or something and they went to the bathroom and an unnamed but apparently well-known producer or director was in a stall shitting and talking on the phone at the same time. The director let out a very loud stream of shit and farts and then said to whoever was on the phone something like “a fucking airplane just buzzed us.” or something like that.

I can't find it, but the boarder whose wife quietly said "don't jerk off at my parents' house" after she found him doing just that... This post sticks with me.

it's not a post, but a couple months ago in slack ality said something to the effect of "here's my john oliver impression: *holds up picture of the queen* 'THAT'S WEIRD!' " & i think about that pretty much daily at this point, despite it just getting lost in the usual conversation & not being remarked upon at all
