Question for Gehrig + all others who're knowledgable: at what point in a stock/coin's rise should you take profit and, at that point, how much of your investment should you take out? I've had two stocks double in the last few days and, while I feel they're primed to go even higher, the responsible thing to do would be to take some profit now, right?

You go through childhood and turn 9 or 10 or 11, and you walk around with weird feelings, and no one ever sits you down and explains them - sadness or loneliness or being dissatisfied with how things are or are going until you hear it in a song and it's utterly transformative. - rubicon

I've been so tempted to just get out of crypto and put it all in weed stocks but I know that the second I do ETH/LTC will gain steam again. Also, I put $200 into the company behind Moviepass last month and it's returned 667% since then and I wish I'd just dumped everything into it before the jump.

People are moving into BTC because of the upcoming fork into Bitcoin Gold. It’s really stupid and everyone is hoping they’ll be able to sell the fork coin for a ton like what happened with Bitcoin Cash

Can someone knowledgeable explain the Ether hard fork please? Is this just an update or will there be a split into two tokens?

Is anyone buying ETH for anything other than ICOs at this point?

I think part of the problem with ETH is that it's still too easy to mine.

yeah i should probably not do this, i've fallen into that trap before

i just never really paid much attention to btc prices bc i was mainly invested in eth and other altcoins, but traded my neo in for btc a couple weeks ago and was surprised to see that it accrued like 400 bucks in that period of time

Probably not. Starting to feel like the ETH party is over though. Basically hasn’t moved a penny during this run-up when even shit like lite coin has gotten a massive boost as a result.

Seems good to my uninformed mind that the price has been stable at this level
