Slartisfgh is never mentioned in The Bible, but it is here, during one of the early battles, that Matthew spontaneously became liquid.

I read Aquaman #'s 9 and 10 over the weekend.
I lol'd when Manta had to use the one relic to translate the German on the health center building.
I took two years of German in HS, half of which I slept through. I could still deduce that "PSYCHIATRISCHER KRANKENHAUS" would appear to be a mental-health facility of some sort.

instead he used jim lee to draw lots of panels with people standing around talking.
there's no way you read this if that's your impression
that's dicked up

I almost edited my post to clarify that I was referring to Hush following the same formula seen in any other Loeb comic, not BC or FT.
Whoops!

I want to know more about The Operative and Prisoner of War. Johns should do an issue focusing on them before he leaves Aquaman

I'm looking forward to it.
This is gonna be real good. Did they ever announce an artist?
And this sounds silly, but 100 Bullets has such synergy between Azz/Risso that it's a great comic to introduce people to the medium with. Only problem I had with it was it probably could have been a little shorter, but it doesn't ruin the series or anything.

can't really blame azz and risso for sales "tanking" on batman post hush. it wasn't drawn by superstar artist jim lee after all
honestly for tomorrow is about the only out and out bad or boring comic azz ever really did. dude has probably one of the best track records of anyone in the industry right now

His Hellblazer run was not always so hot. Generally I agree though, I really like him and he's doing amazing things on WW right now. 100 Bullets is great, too, and for such a long, convoluted series, it really delivers in the end and makes the journey totally worthwhile.

Really looking forward to Bloodshot this week. #2 was amazing. Getting a real RoboCop feel from the book right now.

sorta weird how three image books exist that have that same kind of loner junky sci-fi feel yet are totally different
debris, prophet and planetoid
don't get me wrong planetoid's a good book, but i think it's the lesser of the three
