Sebastian Giovinco’s co-ownership status between Parma and Juventus has reportedly been resolved in the Old Lady’s favour.

Following talks between the two clubs today, it is being claimed that Juve have agreed to pay the Tardini outfit around €11m to buy Parma’s half share in him.

Turns out United have away games after 5 out of 6 of our Champions League fixtures this season. So that's another downside to our fixture list :|

Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid have also been mooted as admirers of Van Persie, but reports have claimed Juventus hold the strongest interest in the player.

The Serie A champions are aiming to sign a high-profile striker ahead of next season, but Wenger does not expect Van Persie to head to Italy.

"He will stay at Arsenal," Wenger told the Italian newspaper La Repubblica.

"There is no reason why a top player, a big champion would want a move to Serie A - in terms of the prestige of the league, the level of play or financial considerations.

"If he moves there, I will buy you a caramello."

We offered £8M for Luuk De Jong and £4-5M for Debuchy in the past week or so. Both want waaay more obviously but damn if we got those two. I seriously hope the Simpson to Chelsea rumors from ages ago were true.

What's the word on Lucas' recovery? He's one of the few tolerable Liverpool players and I enjoyed watching him.

The board of Bury FC have shot this down, but man that would've been a total game changer if they'd somehow blagged their way into the league.

Both the MLS derby games today were better than England - Italy, especially the United - Red Bulls game.

Wow Drogba is supposedly meeting with Barcelona tomorrow. He has a clause in his contract which means he can leave for free if Barca come calling.

Catalan media giving conflicting reports on whether he will sign or not.

Puma have got fades right for 12-13 (Cameroon away, Algeria home, Ghana away, Ivory Coast away).
