Hill has made some good improvements, she's someone I've been wanting to get a nice run going and I think she's in good form to do so right now.
Looking forward to the whole main card but it's possible the main event is the least interesting one of that part of the card. I wish it was Andrade/Torres main eventing - I think it'd do better commercially and I think it'll be a more relevant fight.

hell of a comeback. sara is my fav 35er but I've written in the past about how underrated reneau is. the 40 year old club is lookin good with her and yoel. maybe give her gdr or holm next.
If Marion hadn't already fought Holly, it would be the perfect fight to make, I think. GDR, I guess makes sense? The winner of Cat/Viera if Nunes moves to fight Cyborg next?

since nunes is supposedly fighting pennington at 224, i dont think there's enough time for her to then fight cris in the summer unless she just starches rocky early. i'd probably do cat-ketlen winner vs holm and gdr-reneau.
tecia did quite well especially in the first. i don't even know how jessica keeps making 115, should be in 125. think jj beats rose but if not, andrade will manhandle her.
nunes looks like she was putting on some decent size for that cyborg fight. it's funny how yana isn't even mentioned in the 222 commercials, all cyborg.
anybody else high on brian ortega? he's been a bit under my radar, but considering how he handled cub in his last performance i'm expecting this weekend might be his coming-out party. i re-watched his fight against clay guida last night. serious sense of urgency at the end, although he wasn't doing poorly, only found himself in a close fight and that knee to end it was spot on. edgar def has a way of squashing would-be contenders though, so we'll see!
yeah I have no idea who will take that, wish it was the main so we get 5 rounds. kinda leaning edgar in a close fight/split decision scenario but I like Brian too and will be happy for him if he wins. that story about how conor tried to fill in for max to fight edgar and make it be for a new 165 division belt is too funny. at least he's moved on from wanting to fight paulie and floyd in the octagon.
I'd rather they do Bisping-Weidman, Mike gains nothing if he beats Luke again, Chris coming off a win from the last guy that beat Mike makes it more interesting, especially if it really is Mike's final fight, he hinted at maybe doing two more though. Luke should fight a #7-10 guy in the next div. to prove he can there.
I'll be sad if Zingano losses.
that O'malley kid is overhyped,

tbh, I have a hard time not being low key compelled by Lombard/Dollaway and Struve/AA - pretty much everything from the second fight on is interesting on some level or another (and the opening bout is totally fine for an opening bout of a show)

Considering betting $20 on Cyborg, Dern, Benil all within the distance with Pyle and Cat wins, as a parlay, which brings back like $800. I see those all being real plausible and yet, actually the come back on it ends up so high as to make me think it's borderline impossible? It includes a lot of believing in Cat and picking Pyle as an underdog.
On the other hand, putting $40 on Cyborg and Benil finishes and Dern winning is still $60, which kinda feels like free money unless Dariush, against a way overmatched dude doesn't bother to win impressively (and/or Dern freezes up in her debut)
I don't normally bet but I wanted to play with what I could do with these parlays plus Cat and/or Pyle upsets and they're a little eye opening. Trying not to be a mark. Please advise.

$5 on Pyle (to win $12) $5 on Cat (to win $8) $10 on Ortega (between 2 bets - $5 straight bet, $5 within distance bet, both would bring $12)
Parlay of: Dariush, Cyborg within the distance, Cat and Pyle ($5 to win $60)
Parlay of: Dariush within the distance, Cyborg/Yana under 3 full rounds, Cat, Dern ($10 to win $60)
*shrug* in retrospect, I should have just done $10 straight on Ortega within the distance because I don't know how likely it is he's winning a decision.
I apparently just needed this show to be more exciting.

Pretty sure Frankie is gonna beat the piss out of Ortega. Def rooting for some cool shit to go down but I think Frankie's safe just chillin in Ortega's guard and pummeling him. Ortega's been a slow starter too.
