Nebula didn't have that big a part in 1 and she reconciled with the guardians in 2.

So from what I just read this is supposed to be Stephen King's Breakfast Club set in the New Mutant's universe with what appears to be all the X-Men characters written out of it and an April release. I'm sure this film will do fine.

X2 was the last good Fox movie, and it hasn't aged well.

Fucking yikes on that trailer. I was looking forward to the general concept of that movie but I'm pretty wary of a FF level boondoggle now.

I'm weirdly sad they're gonna fuck up new mutants but I'm one of those kooks who enjoyed Apocalypse and I'm on that moviepass now so I'll probably see it anyway

So those kids really are supposed to be Illyana, Rahne, Sam, Roberto, and Dani.

Can't Marvel like...sue for malpractice at some point?

Some day marvel will absolutely re-gain control of X-Men. I just hope it happens before the impending nuclear winter.

They basically just fucked up in Homecoming when they said it happened 8 years after Avengers. It's set less than a year after Civil War, and I'm pretty sure Civil War is set in 2016 just like Avengers is almost definitely set in 2012. At any rate, Homecoming does take place before Infinity War.

I have a great new novel idea for a Marvel Cinematic Universe villain. What if we copy paste the hero? You guys think that could work?
