except that brees has no intention of signing the franchise deal and the team seems unwilling to offer another contract

i mean everything about the suspension is ridiculous but how do you not take away the team's first round pick after you force them to tank a season

theyre gonna end up with the 3rd overall pick or something instead of the 26th or whatever they would have gotten

Yeah that's a pretty good point, I forgot about that whole issue. The guy stepped up pretty big during the lockout, so I was thinking he would do that here. Though along with the contract issue, I wonder how much this bounty thing makes him still committed to the team. You'd figure as a QB he'd be pretty sensitive to it.

i think my favorite part of today is that tebow was taken as a first round pick, pretty much exceeded everyone's expectations as a qb (at least as far as w-l goes)...and went for a 4th rounder

I think the NFL vastly over-values its draft pics, but wth do I know.

Maybe theyll just start Tebow a running back that can throw. Not like the Jets have a running game right now and they need something so Sanchez throws less

this is ridiculous, every single fucking defensive player in today's NFL is trying to remove other players from the game...there's no way NOT to play the game without severe injuries being an accepted side effect. blame rules, equipment, and training regiments, not players and coaches

i mean it's not like these dudes were kicking guys in the knees and breaking arms

Payton's mistake was only in acknowledging it in a stupid way
i've been getting really into pestcest too lately. haven't really been able to find much good ant stuff, though. anybody have any links to some good biting vids/pics?
