Game of Thrones Season 2 (NO SPOILERS THREAD)

Jesus christ you have to be kidding me.

I'm personally struggling to find him believable as the character of Theon, at times he sounds like he's reading lines straight off a card.
I know loads of people are saying they're feeling his performance though

the actor is perfect
the writing on his scenes this week was shit.
Slartisfgh has a heavy aroma of crude oil and was built to provide a fast way out of Brighton. Slartisfgh is never mentioned in The Bible, but it is here, during one of the early battles, that Matthew spontaneously became liquid.

girlfriend started reading book 1 and had a similar complaint, though mostly that "he wasn't attractive enough" or something.

i figure he's supposed to be a guy from the north islands, and because of that they casted someone looking more british. or at least young-chris martin (coldplay) british. kinda looks like he could front a successful british band at least, but only comparing him in looks to chris martin/thom yorke sort of off but fine.

i think he's doing fine, and wouldn't have thought any of this if no one else mentioned it.

I don't know his name, but the spice king is a really awesome character.

Also, I always want to help Dany so much with my semi-omniscient view of Westeros so bad. If only I was the richest man in Qarth and knew what I know now.

i did that a week ago and found out the tickler died differently in the books, in what sounded like a really awesome scene. i hope they're just reworking the plot so that it happens to joffrey instead

The Dothraki one. iirc she only had two left, the Dothraki girl and the Westerosi girl.

I'm 75% sure it's the one who was flirting with the guy whose head got sent back in the saddlebag earlier this season.

In episode 5, did anyone else catch Ser Rodrik's little smirk after Bran told him to go to Torrhen's Square?

maybe I'm missing an obvious reason, by why didn't Osha kill Theon? Seems like it would've been pretty easy.

I imagine the in-universe reason is something along the lines of "his bodyguard is right outside and I'll never get past the door if he looks inside and sees a dead body on the bed."

The metaplot reason is because that's not how that scene goes down in the books and Osha killing Theon right then would screw up a lot of other stuff.
