ROELAND PARK, Kan. — Federal authorities have charged a Roeland Park man with producing child pornography. Pictures found in Boston were traced to a camera owned by Michael D. Arnett.
He has been charged with one count of producing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography. Last week officers searched Arnett’s Roeland Park home and said they found photos of a boy less than two years old, naked, in a roasting pan.
