When I was 13-14, there was a group of girls on the school coach who bullied me and and this other girl. One day I had enough and sent 10 pizzas to one of the girl's houses as a prank. She ended up telling the Head of Year about it and I got suspended for a day. Feel bad about choosing that particular girl to prank though, as out of them all, she wasn't as bad, at least at the beginning.

In grade 6 I really wanted a new skateboard so i made up an elaborate lie about some kid coming up behind me while i was walking home, pushing me over and stealing my skateboard. I hid my skateboard under a set of stairs in a forest, ran home and my parents ended up calling the police.

In high school, at house parties, one of my friends would hide half full beer cans in really obscure places that the host of the party would never think to look when cleaning up the following morning. He did this with the sole purpose of hoping the parents would find the beer cans and the kid would get in trouble. My friend never really told people he did this, it was for his own personal amusement.

Really picked on the loser neighbor kid. We played "water baloon army" one time which just involved filling a bucket full of water ballons and then waiting for the kid to come out and play and then we'd hammer him with them and one of us had a hose that he just pointed at the kid laying on the ground crying at the cruelness of it all.

maybe we have different definitions of "shady" but most of these things are just simple pranks or normal immature shenanigans.
