my roommate (who is gay) had been regularly playing the black keys' "gold on the ceiling" and it sounded like scissor sisters to me and he also plays scissor sisters a lot so i just assumed that it was a scissor sisters song. mind was pretty blown when i found out it wasn't the scissor sisters.

pride weekend here in vancity. davie street party (which is the gay district, pink lamp posts, et al) tonight, probably more of the same tomorrow, plenty of pride events. pride parade sunday, and monday's a long weekend due to BC day. love you gays.
