Big fan of the books, but haven't watched the show yet. I'll be impressed if they can successfully pull off an adaptation of something that bleak in the confines of a prestige miniseries

Just catching up on some of the good espionage stuff: The Honourable Woman and The Night Manager, both of which I enjoyed immensely, especially The Honourable Woman. Any other similar shows I might be missing?

Has anyone got this to stick in the Dropbox? Hearing very good things, especially about Grant, hot on the streak of his Paddington 2 comeback.

So this was amazing. Thanks for the recommendation!

Also watched the shadow line which wasn't as good but I am a huge stephen rea fan. Upon rewatch, my favorite character in the V for Vendetta film.

Just went searching for it before I realised it aired here last year.

I watched it. It was decent, nothing amazing. The joke it was built around kinda wore out pretty quickly.

I've just found this because it showed up on Netflix and I've been watching it in bed at night.

Total balm, I love it.

How so?

Definitely different to series one but perfectly linear storytelling, apart from the last episode. There's obviously stuff to be resolved, I'm anticipating a third series and this one could have done with being a couple of episodes longer

Maybe I haven't been paid enough attention - I've watched them randomly very late at night. I have no idea what's going on with the daughter 4 episodes in though. Preferred the focus on Barratt and Shun tbh
