This Chilean horde shake the very foundation of Hell with this onslaught of bestial, blackened death, and ride that same apocalyptic tide of terror with Antediluvian, Portal, Teitanblood, and Psuedogod as those on the very forefront of truly abyssic and unsettling death metal. Like the aforementioned bands, expect an onslaught of twisted riffs, relentless murk-ridden blasting, and subterranean shrieks, rasps, and growls (never shying away from reverb), all festering together in a befouled atmosphere. The nine tracks herein evoke a sense of cacophonous discord and ritualistic chaos, while simultaneously retaining a very clear vision and purposeful direction: a one-way ticket into the darkest depths. Though retaining many of the same atavistic characteristics, the leap in quality from their 2009 demo is simply astounding - a massive improvement on all fronts, and one of the most exciting records I've heard so far this year (and it certainly doesn't hurt that the artwork in incredible, either).

it's just crap. people have been wanting him to do something completely awesome since fear facto- i mean strapping young lad, and as a result a small faction of people have jizz blowing reviews of every goddamned record he releases.

it's not even that it's particularly offensive or anything, it's just.... whatever. it's throwaway music.
