Sims gave it 3.5 stars on letterboxd, so prepare for a classically simsian dumb take.

Rewatching this bullshit right now, somehow it’s even worse than I remembered?!

haven’t finished the episode yet but part of the weirdness of them recording this in, like, February is that Musk’s whole month-long online meltdown has basically been this movie’s ideology

There was one for like beachbody p90x or some shit that was literally “buy this if you want to become the biggest douchebag in the world” and it was great.

This one felt kinda like they were just high when they were reading the copy they were given

sims sure does have a soft spot for a lot of bad movies. Prometheus, Indiana Jones 4, Avatar. But I like hearing him out when he defends them

some other dude tagged trevorrow in a response and griff was like "wtf dude?" and then there was some annoying back-and-forth i can't remember and the other dude ended it with "good night" and then trevorrow responded too

Some guy basically called him out for being mean and tagged Trevorrow in his response.

Griffin asked why he was bringing Trevorrow into it.

The guy said something about how Trevorrow was bad but was better than Michael Bay and McG and other shit auteurs.

Griffin responded and tagged Bay and McG and whoever else.

The other guy defended Trevorrow a bit more and said he had been looking forward to Colin's take on Star Wars and was disappointed that he wouldn't get to see his movie.

It was all dumb.

I could use a full episode on Prometheus, never heard David's comprehensive take on it.

Though I would probably find that take to be frustrating.

Yeah. He said he appreciated how much Trevorrow revered Lucas.

Griffin didn't come across quite as well as you might expect from such an interaction.

"what a fucking herb" is right, but Griff kinda took the bait.

i like to think Griffin took his inspiration for the annoying, questionably talented aspiring filmmaker he plays in Beneath from Colin himself
