Do they have to finish settling down with someone to be eligible to win?
Yes. Their ultimate goal to become lover'd to someone and survive with that person to the end. They may sleep around and block night actions until then. However, if they have not lover'd up by the time the game has been called, then they will not have fulfilled their win condition.
Re: The Dealer
the Dealer's visits to people are optional?
Yes. The Dealer does not have to sell drugs each night. If they want to be useful tho, they may want to hustle. They have three optional abilities which are stackable.
1. They have a one-time ability to poison and kill a player of their choice with laced drugs. This can be stacked on top of their other abilities.
2. They can sell drugs to someone, which will allow that person to communicate with the dead. The user may ask a single yes/no question to a randomly chosen ghost. The ghost will randomly chosen by the moderator via a random.org dice roll. The ghost must answer this question truthfully.
3. They have a one-time ability wherein they may choose to take their own drugs, and ask a single yes/no question to a ghost of their choosing.
For example, if they really wanted to, they could sell a poisoned bag to someone, sell a normal bag to someone and let them communicate with a rando ghost, and take their own drugs to communicate with a ghost of their choice all on the same night. After that tho they would only be able to sell drugs to others to let them comm with rando ghosts.
