Secret Voldemort (Ministry Wins!)

There are worse ways to spend the time, but not many.

As most of the good wizards of the Ministry of Magic hoot and holler in celebration of their success, Grimdark Von Mugglehasser, the aging wizard with as many false body parts as real and the name of a Saturday Morning Cartoon Villain, simply smiles broadly and falls silent.

And still.

He is still in that position many minutes later, still smiling, not moving, when his compatriots finally notice his lack of jubilation.

Also, his lack of breathing.

The old man has passed away peacefully at his favorite place in the world, his Ministry Desk, having seen one last parliamentary victory with his one last eye.

Tears of sorrow mix with tears of joy among the other ministers as they search his personal effects. They are mostly the modest collection you would expect of an old man (a lot of prune juice, for instance), but one thing which does stand out is a weathered parchment in his handwriting, entitled "BUCKET LIST".

All the boxes are checked off. Most of the ink on the document is faded with age.

There has, however, been one very recent change.

The final box, recently checked, ink still slightly moist.

The entry is "Find Out How It Feels To Be Trusted."

Once again Good manages to triumph despite being completely wrong about each other until the very end.

The sad part is I never really got to play because it started before I realized. You shouldn't keep games in the subforum tbh or at least do something so people know officially when it starts. I was fucked from the get go.

I'm handing over the reins to VHB for running these games in the future, so hopefully he learns from my mistakes.

Thanks for playing everyone!

Thank you, Luke.

It'll be a while, I have to study the notes.

But we will eventually play again. Gotta actually kill secret hitlermort one of these times...
