A miscarriage of democracy has occurred! RUPERT MURDOCH has peddled influence to save GEOFF from being lynched. It is now NIGHT.

vhb believed metersk to be good more than anyone else

lame sayings' post of "ah shit guys i meant to drop out of this game i won't be around much" right after plainman told everyone to get in communication during the referendum has always struck me as a weird move to possibly throw cold water on that strategy

a "push" an hour or two before the voting closed on a holiday afternoon in a game that already has little activity is obv not going to go anywhere

John Plainman had done everything right.

Image

A First from Oxford, Tony Blair's chief New Labour wonk, and yet he always had this niggling feeling he'd forgotten something that'd been staring him in the face this whole time.

Plainman strolled along the pavement, a tune on his lips and the sidewalk shining in the sun, as if it were a brilliant future laid out before him. But quite suddenly, the pavement stopped, and a union stiff pushed him down a manhole.

JOHN PLAINMAN is dead. He was DAVID MILIBAND.

The vote is now open. DAY will last until 8AM EST.

all the dang reasons ankh is the wolf

woah crickey i overslept after a real banger last night and missed the whole day? too many ciders

innocuous sliding into thread post. this is the post i would have made if i was a wolf and wanted to keep my head low.

Casimir - i trust whoever the seer is, they're a perfect knacker eh?

the people who didn't respond to the invitation to my truly massif dj set last night:
stake
narc*
separator
geoff
fuckles
capital
pierrot

*posted in the thread though

not only does ankh quickly trust vhb is in contact with the seer, but that the seer isnt lying to him. a typical get in the village's good graces by going along with a correct lynch. also a pretty 'seeming to help but not really post' with that list of people who responded to him since vhb already posted his list of no respondents.

i don't get vhb's plan of lynching cap though.

how are geoff and fuckles not certified? also, leaving them alive to pursue a hunch seems bad when we could be foiled by the wolf bodyguard and/or the old wolf getting a double-kill when lynched. so i dunno about this capital thing, seems like a bad way to possibly lose time/villagers.

knowing that geoff is the old wolf or that he is being guarded, he tries leading the vote away from capital and onto geoff. ditto for the next day. i was already looking at fuckles after the capital vote. but i didnt want to vote fuckles the next day with out getting a guarantee that others would. this i admit was a half ass campaigned, no one seemed to be really playing, plus i was juggling work.

lame sayings' post of "ah shit guys i meant to drop out of this game i won't be around much" right after plainman told everyone to get in communication during the referendum has always struck me as a weird move to possibly throw cold water on that strategy

this one sealed the deal for me. a weird read of my Nixon (ghost of) post. i was posting so i wouldnt be killed for inactivity. at this point in the game i hadn't even read the rules yet and had no idea what the summit was about. also if you want to take the time and i know you dont, if you go way back to during the initial signups for this game in the WW channel in general slack
(scroll up until you see this cute lil dude Image )
you will see that i am A)drunk(ie will have a hard time remembering to drop out, plus misremembering when the game would start[thought it started this week]) and B)already thinking of dropping out of the game.

from what i can gather, plainman thinks im the lone wolf for pushing a vote for fuckles (i tried to convince him in slack a couple of times yesterday to vote for fuckles) and that ankh has a way more convincing case for me being TE than what i was giving up, i was busy at work and didnt have time to type all this.

ankh
