Which has given us a nice and narrow field of voters in which to start searching for Tories, thank you very much!

At least one of them joined in to start the momentum, no doubt.

(Because the Brits have a longstanding fascination with ghosts, I will now commence my contribution to the tradition by haunting VHB for the rest of the game.)

Angus P. Bartleby puffed on a fag in the alley, turning frequently to look behind his shoulder.

Angus was born paranoid. A consummate Geordie, he had watched the coal town days fade. Now he worked at a mug factory, and while he'd always paid his union dues, lately it wasn't feeling the same. In the evening he watched Newcastle and read the Sun at the pub with guys from school. He'd about had it with those foreign players coming into the Premier League. Besides, you couldn't get a good pint of brown ale around here anymore.

Lately it just didn't feel like a country. Sure, the monarchy still stood and the Buckingham palace guards still didn't laugh. But in the eighties, Angus had felt like he could have been something, but now it seemed like he was nothing. All he ever did these days was watch TV and complain.

Angus turned to scuff out his cigarette, but he turned too late.

FOX is dead. He was Tony Blair.

GORDON BROWN stirs.

The DAY has begun. Vote closes at 11 AM EST tomorrow.

The international community gathers today to honor not only a man but a great man, taken from us too soon.

Image

Tony Blair was everything a true statesman should be: considered, philanthropist, loved human rights.

Image

For those of us in the human rights community, he was a true legend who inspires us every day. He would want us to honor that legacy, and David Miliband has shouldered the task by bringing us all together.

Welcome to the TONY BLAIR MEMORIAL HUMAN RIGHTS SUMMIT.

Dear everyone,

Im on vacation until Monday and then pretty work busy after that, so not really gonna be participating much in this game which is a bummer cause the theme is right up my alley. Had meant to drop out but didnt in time. Im not really gonna be around for plannings and such but want to keep posting enough to be alive for TG. I guess this could be read as a barely there wolf play, but c'mon there'd be way easier and less obvious ways to play that.

Love,

It would seem the Human Rights Summit was able to be enacted posthumously.

And if I understand it correctly, Metersk responding to the call out/vote for him means his communication is not blocked.

So voting for him is not a good idea.

So, let's cause a tie before its too late, shall we?

Someone who hasn't posted since the summit was convened, perhaps.

The One True LB Right Honorable Lord M*s*on John Plainman.

My colleague in the House Of Lords

has little good to say of him.

Owing to the abysmal voter turnout in the House of Commowns today, this will cause a 1-1 tie, which should block any expulsion effort. And give Gordon Brown a little more time to work.

You're welcome, you gluttonous cretins.

Benjamin DISSraeli hops into his time machine and takes a brief holiday in prehistoric France. The beaches were less crowded then.

LIST OF SURVIVING PLAYERS WHO VOTED FOR AMPERSAND, A KNOWN LABOUR BACKBENCHER, ON DAY 1:

Capital
Fuckles
Metersk
Mudd
Pierrot
VHB [rescinded]

Please keep an eye out for private missives from such persons tonight. Hopefully I do not have to explain to any of you tosspots why.

I think it behooves Gordon Brown to Take A Closer Look at any of the aforementioned players tonight.

While normally I find many of you have the appearance of a chimpanzee who has been put in a suit strategically shaved, on this particular night I am very interested in hearing what each of you has to say.

Also be advised that not all Tories are silenced tonight, just Cameron and Murdoch. Also, Miliband on the goodguy side is silenced as well.

Checking in privately before this night phase ends is your duty as an elected MP!
