I agree with this, but there hasn't been an episode in two weeks and it's not on the Earwolf site anymore. Think it's dead, sadly.

man that sucks...

wonder what happened.

it was a really good niche too, vibe meets CDR.

Hey Wolfpack - we've been hearing your requests for info regarding CTR, and haven't been able to discuss it for a while. But we can now unfortunately announce that Cyber Thug and Miles Archer have decided not to continue doing their show. This was not a creative decision - the show was not canceled, nor was it given any direction at all by anyone at the Earwolf Network. This is purely their decision not to continue with us. As fans of them and the show, we hope they will start it somewhere on the web in the near or distant future - starting perhaps by jacking some other fool's podcast - and of course, if they do, we will be the first to alert you to where you can find it!

We apologize for getting you all excited about something that was perhaps premature, but at least we got to hear two great episodes. And if you're disappointed, please let them hear that you'd like to see it somewhere in the future.

Exciting announcements regarding upcoming shows on the way in the new year!

THE EARWOLF TEAM

for some reason i'm really liking Who Charted? w Dragon Boy Suede and Weirdest Kulap. It's not particularly funny or insightful, but I guess It makes me feel connected knowing what the top 5 songs in America are every week for the first time in 10+ years

GitG has grown on me. Very different (read: ultragay) sensibility to most other podcasts.

The Thrilling Adventure Hour has started tentatively podcasting, I think they'll be putting up longer stuff later this month.

Superego is the funniest podcast there is. They improvise sketches (presented in the mostly-meaningless framework of psychological "case studies") and then edit them down and do some production. Get season 2 before they start season 3 (and begin charging for season 2) or you'll be sorry. The character Shunt McGuppin, legendary country artist, is recording an album. Can't wait. "You Don't Like To Fuck Me (So Why Am I Still Here?)" has been stuck in my head for months.

Just recently gave Maron a try after hearing his interview on the Nerdist. I'm not completely sold on him. His interviews are great but his comedy/rants at the start of the podcast aren't great in my opinion. Comedians who swear to try and get laughs rather than say something intelligent I find are a little lazy. Don't get me wrong, I think he is better than 90% of the stuff out there and WTF has probably quickly become my #4 podcast, but his opening (What the Fuck buddies, What the fuck friends, what the fuckonauts, etc) and the shitty (no pun intended) plug he does for the coffee rub me the wrong way.

FYI, my top 4 podcasts are probably Nerdist (almost perfect with interesting guests), Rich Eisen NFL network podcast (outstanding for what it is, and I want to be Rich Eisens friend), Freakonomics (really interesting but wish it was more regular) and WTF

I don't think swearing is schtick at all, he's just a guy who happens to swear a lot.

Men of a Certain Age is the best show on TNT, that much I can tell you.
