south pacific wrote:Made it down to 180 lbs yesterday. That's down 52.5 pounds in 11 months. Almost at my goal of 170 lbs. Had to donate a ton of clothes that no longer fit last week. Been going to do fat burning cardio 2-3 times a week at 24-hour fitness which has definitely helped. Still maintaining the low carb diet. Life is good.

very little, usually a handful of walnuts or a little cheese and a cup of black coffee. Afterwards I'll go have a proper meal though, something like grilled steak or salmon with brocolli, mushrooms, and onions.
