Man BO'H was a hard game.

I remember renting it from either Cardinal or the mom 'n pop video store near my dad's when I was ten.

I have all of the issues of Echo of Futurepast in which the Bucky O'Hare comic by Larry Hama and Michael Golden appeared. It's a fun read.

yeah that took me ages. the rest of the planet is cool so far though. really liked the arcs of fire in the next section and the bit with the moving platforms was fun.

this looks dope as hell. still making my way through bucky, but been kinda slow in progressing lately, been on the cell for like days

think this is the furthest i've ever gotten in this game, though, and considering how much i was obsessed with it as a kid, that's pretty satisfying

coming to realize i was pretty timid gamer as a youf

This times a million. The returning back to the sheriff after every boss and then being instantly told where to go next is a little uninspired, but the graphics, music , and overwhelming charm totally make up for that. Really fantastic choice again.

Haven't been playing much sadly but this guy was whipping my ass. But it turns out if you hit him with a bomb square on it nearly kills him right off.

just to let you know the second boss is by far the hardest part in the game. everything after that is significantly easier due to upgrades you get. in fact it was a bit too easy for my tastes, but still a nice, very charming game. And I really liked the soundtrack, the synthesized SNES whistle is one of my all time favorite sounds.

The original Fallout is available to download for free on gog.com for the next two days:

http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/fallout

I'm about to play through it for the first time this week, thought some of you guys might want to finally try it out too.
