just stick to hard liqour, that won't add on any weight

stay away from grains/starches/sugars

stick with meat and vegetables

you'll have it melted off in a couple months if you pair that will regular light exercise.

afford yourself one cheat day. and drink on that day. like a lot. whiskey vodka everything. make your drinking night your "cheat" night becuase it will make it easeir for you to puke. jsut fucking cheat on that day eat everything you want and drink a shitload of alcohol and puke out the entire contents of that day. its so fucking rewarding and you will lose weight on the other 6 days you torture yuorself. i lost 40 pounds doing that. i'm bulemic.

just start running

get up to like 20 miles a week and it's pretty hard not to be skinny, from my experience

i lost about equal amounts of weight by spending two months eating very very healthy stuff non-stop and spending the next two months barely eating food but smoking a lot of darts

so alternate those for a year and you should be good

i thought this might backfire

but i dont drink at all on weekdays and go nuts on weekends

lost 8 lbs just doing that, now tracking cals and exercising daily just to erase about 6 mos. worth of damage

I've been subbing chocolate for apples and soda for tea these past few weeks. It stuck around after I decided to go on a health bender during a recent illness. Anything gained from that will be lost if I follow my grave impulse to go to the KFC later today though.

I'd want to change more about my eating habits, but I'm afraid I'd crash out if I cut down my regular sugar/caffeine intake. Also I'll do some excersizes, overdo them, feel sore the following day and forget about it for a while.

Yeah this is tough. Getting into some daily exercise though, back into bike riding. Trying not to eat snacks late at night watching movies or whatever, which is pretty tough since I quit smoking and have nothing else to do while relaxing.

I usually get some hunger-reducing supplements + caffeine pills + aspirin, and go all out with it and eat like 400-1k calories a day; not eating anything the last 8 hours before I go to bed. Lose about 10 pounds a month roughly.

Helps if you smoke cigs for this process though. First week is the worst, but after that it's fine, my stomach seemed to shrink quite a bit

granted, not healthy whatsoever- but it's the only way I can lose weight. I don't really have the self control to do it half assed, or have an 'off day'

In high school I ran about 30 miles a week. Eventually I weighed 95 pounds but because of the steroids I was on every ounce of fat just migrated to my trunk, so I was rail-thin everywhere except my abdomen and face. Needless to say that put me off exercising for a while.

i think i just have kinda a crazy metabolism, really the running doesn't actually affect my weight much, nothing does. i had worked my way up to 40 mi/wk and then hurt my knee in december, and i've hardly done any running or other real exercise since. but i still weigh about as much as i did in dec., which is roughly what i weighed a year before that when i didn't really run at all

Yeah, I should really do this. I keep telling myself I'm gonna stop drinking booze and soda, and that I'm gonna start eating food that's better for me and exercise more.

But fuck if I ever get the motivation to start doing all that. :(

when I was like 14 I was chubby as shit and I ran like 50ish miles a week

now that I'm home and not drinking and going running I have hopes of getting back to early college weight
