Skateboarding

hmm. granted I haven't skated in about 10 years, but I don't remember any of the skate crews I'd hang with being that interested in anything Supreme at all. this was in socal though, I guess maybe the brand was bigger and more influential on the east coast then

were yall rocking diamond supply, dgk and huf instead or somethin?

also like obey, innes, altamont, rvca, brixton, baker

no idea if all those are still around but like...it wasn't really like high art/fashion meets skateworld stuff. more ratty flannels and oversized shirts. plus various local socal surf companies that'd be thrwon in the mix too

goddamn i cant believe i still have THIS. hahahaa it still smells like a mixture of joop and cool water cologne from the testers at the mall. the smell immediate put my mind back to stealing money out of the water fountain at the glendale galleria to buy curb wax.

I had this exact same thing lol. circa was my favorite brand for a long time. mostly because I thought Jamie THomas was so sick and I would buy all his shit

I would always collect the lil circa keyring logo things because I bought so many of their shoes.

DC were the worst shoes back then. I remember having enormous ones with far too much padding to do anything with.

I think I had a pair but I literally used them like one day and gave up on em. I think it'd be fun to try them now though

Went manual with auto fill. I got one in my cart right away. The site crashed but I kept reloading the main page and trying to get to the cart from there. Eventually loaded and I hit it with auto fill and got through almost 5 minutes after they dropped. They restocked later and I had another in my cart but didn’t have another set of checkout info on hand and didn’t want to risk the first being cancelled.
