all can openers i've ever owned only open cans this way. Anyway you can still drain the tuna fine with the lid though personally i've always used a woven wire mesh strainer to drain my canned stuff.

i usually squeeze out the liquid by putting pressure on the lid. if the can is cut from the side and not the top this wouldn't be possible

this new method does seem interesting for pretty much anything else though

Watched the old Disney Three Little Pigs with the kiddo tonight and realized that "Looney Tunes" and "Merrie Melodies" were just plays on "Silly Symphony."

I COULD blame this on English not being my native but apparently some native speakers don't know that either but i just learned making a post right now in another thread that it's HUNG when you're hanging something like a picture on a wall, clothes and HANGED when it's hanging a person. Like to kill them. Feels like i should have learned that a long time ago. After all it IS called the hanged man gang.

Just when you think you've finally mastered all the verbs conjugations...there seems to always be one somewhere i didn't yet know. Like, i think i used hung for either.

I would say the majority of native English speakers make that mistake

iirc they were basically interchangeable until english language legal system decided to prefer “hanged” as the legal term for the execution method. at which point, the divergent usages became more fixed.
admittedly the metal thread has recently taken a hit

You can still use "hung" in the past tense if talking about someone who was executed. As badhat said "hanged" is a British legal term more than anything else.
THIS IMPACT WILL CONTROL ALL MARGINS
