I support a one vote margin being treated carefully by the court

If you can't vote properly your vote shouldn't count.

Who is likelier to lose: Tom MacArthur or Leonard Lance?

On one hand McArthur voted for a tax bill that is NJ Armageddon

But on the other hand Andy Kim looks to have precious few ties to the area and it's bizarre that he's really the only challenger to McArthur. I don't really know anything about South Jersey but Obama administration non-white guy uh doesn't seem like a good fit. I don't think there's another district close to the Acela line where this sort of thing flies so we shall see

Lance has a nice large field against him and has terrible fundraising numbers so could plausibly retire in the early spring

I think that lobiondos seat, lance, rodney, and macarthur fall in that order. macarthur probably only goes down in a wave environment

Yeah basically. Rodney marginally over Lance imo, but yeah.

And now if someone could explain why Katko and Stefanik are getting free passes every though they're brand new that would be great... I'd ask about Peter King too, but well he's unbeatable even though Suffolk and Nassau both have Democratic county executives now

actually I think you're right to put Rodney first over Lance. the fundraising and presidential numbers there look slightly worse for Lance but I don't know the geography.

it sounds a lot like even though Stephanie Miner passed on challenging Katko she's rethinking it. I dunno there's something weird going on up there.

Yeah I just saw that and tbh it would not surprise me if Sherrill ends up with a larger margin than NJ-2 (even though van Drew is basically a slam dunk at this point)

Yeah I donated to Andy Kim and hope he wins. I came across this right wing trolling of the Kim campaign (his point is admittedly funny):

It made me nostalgic for a gentler Armando Iannucian era of politics rather than whatever Orwellian nightmare we’re in now.

That Sandy zing is pretty great and that graphic design is pretty bad.

And lol @ Dean Heller being one of the most prominent people in the tax bill unveiling in the Rose Garden.
