the biggest problem with this thread tbh is there are a couple of abject morons making bad arguments (i.e. "warren is a secret centrist," "why isn't this one specific bernie event in iowa," and "i support cory booker") and then the good posters make reference to that as they make posts and then other good posters are flummoxed because they didn't personally make the bad argument and everyone talks past each other
this is why I can only post in this thread in short bursts anymore because my commitment to Always Being Earnest in politics threads is often a bad mismatch for this dynamic
