Loved most of them but first two are probably the best so it doesn’t sound like it’s your thing

watched the 3rd ep of modern love and it was a lot better. a lot of overacting but felt better.

astronomy club is a bit hit or miss imo

20 minutes in and this rules. The song about Algebra costing the man his eye is insane and hilarious.

update: as the story progresses and she gets to do more, joey king is also very good as the daughter. i've finally forgiven her for being in that zach braff movie.

Girl Talk with Richard Kind should be its own show.

girl talk is my fave.

there's a sketch they cut that involves John and the kids humiliating a Bill Nye-type named Mr Molecules (played by Richard Kind). Praying they release it as a deleted scene somewhere

ugh I'm really enjoying The Circle on Netflix. similar format to Love Island (less strategy, more random surprises), but the cast is good and the dialogue is ridiculous.

"Was she butt ass sad?"

"This girl is gay boots."

"He doesn't know how to poach an egg. UGH."

the circle is entertaining and dumb and I just watched four episodes in a row

I don't get how they seem to be playing this like it's catfish hunterToggle Spoiler as though there's any incentive. rooting for SammiToggle Spoiler, but whoever wins it'll be unexpected

yeah, the narrative of "x thinks y is a catfish" is not super clear. like in the first episode Rebekah (? the guy pretending to be his girlfriend) asks the girls if Obviously Gay Chris is hot, and the girls call her out on it immediately. but no one since has clearly said "Rebekah is fake". would be funny to see a "real" player take a catfish to the end a la a goat in Survivor, if a catfish is easier to beat in the finale... whatever the finale looks like.

Mercedez/Karen is killing it. A Sami win would be good- I actually got a little emotional in the 3rd or 4th episode when she talks with Shooby about being targeted as a catfish. who am I

sack lunch bunch was pretty awesome

my biggest laugh by far was the child who said she was afraid of home invasions, when the child psychologist or whoever off-camera asks if she got any of her fears from her mother and her eyes lit up and she said "oh yeah! definitely home invasions!"
Nice day if it doesn't rain.

This is what happened in the first season of the UK version, and it produced one of the most incredible moments of reality television I've ever seen
