i like BIOYL now, and i like white mercedes a bunch too. the haim song is chill, i like when charli talks about love bc it feels like a particularly complex subject in her music

I like White Mercedes but it reminds me of coldplay - viva la vida every time

This is a good album! But I just can't with Lizzo anything, I'm sorry, her voice sucks

I'm keen to listen to this later but for now I'm going through the archives.

How fucking good is Superlove? instantly takes me back to 2015 and just getting into her. that first album was so sick too, Nuclear Seasons, but this song is so fun. it just sounds like unashamedly loving a prick of a person. so sick. the melody, the lyrics... the rhythm... beat... it's so good.

'I think your hair looks much better pushed to one side... how do you feel about me?'

It's also amazing how much her face has changed in the last few years.

album is quite the trek - i feel like i've gone through like 5 different lives while living it, which is a good thing

i'm mainly rly happy for charli, i hope she feels super accomplished - deff feels like the accumulation of an almost 5-year journey for her

Pablo Vittar sounds like Karin Dreijer, which is pretty cool imo!

Liking this a lot, surprisingly mellow (for Charli). I still hate Blame It On Your Love, should’ve swapped it for Focus

focus definitely would have fit the fabric of the record better.

the tracklisting is really bugging me though! song for song I like everything, it's a treasure trove, but as an album it really never manages any kind of flow at any point. weird! still though I think this is a triumph

pretty much agree with all of this. I mean it's a good album, but my least favorite of her releases so far. "shake it" is sooo bad

shake it is great, 2099 is great, next level is gonna be fun live, blame it on your love has realllly grown on me, silver cross is great, official is very cute, pop 2 was a different piece of art!

y'know what would have been cool - and now that i think about it, it's kinda interesting no one has adopted this since - but remember when robyn did two mini ep's of Body Talk and then one big compilation. imagine if charli did like three mixtapes, with the third being this one with all the brutal sounds and then released behemoth combination of all three of the sound/vibes.

I am enjoying the Charli solo tracks more than the collabs other than Gone.

This is only ok for me. I wasn't expecting much after hearing the previously released songs anyway. The first track is my favourite and apparently it's just a new version of an old ag cook song, which I guess shouldn't be very surprising. I'll probably give the record a few more spins but nothing else stood out much so far.
