Fantasy league manager question.

I'm a manager of a league of my wife's friends. The following trade was just agreed to:

A gets Peterson and Garoppolo
B gets Doug Martin and Tyrod Taylor

I generally stay out of trades but I wanted to be sure no one is taken advantage of (some of these people know NOTHING and some know quite a bit). In this scenario person B knows much more and incessantly makes trades. 3-4 offers per day, often wildly unfair. Routinely adding and dropping 4-5 players a week.

I contacted person A to ask why they did the trade. She said she was sick of hearing about all the trades and getting crap for turning them down, and that it didn't matter to her because the real valuable players to her (martin and peterson) were only flex anyways. Plus she said the other person really needed a qb.

Do I unilaterally veto this trade? The people aren't active enough to vote on trades (would need 4 people for a veto). I don't like the idea of people getting worn down by a ton of trades and agreeing to trades as a result.

So, should I bench Kelvin Benjamin this week or do you think he might get some targets? The Jets aren't great anyway but I dunno.

I don't think Benjamin's values changes at all. Buff has a good schedule remaining.

Tim
I hate vetos. I'm dead against it unless it's necessary.
I've been in leagues with owners who don't know much about football ( separator 8-) ). It's hard to watch them make stupid trades that tank their teams. I'd talk to team b and try to reason with him or her.

God knows Huntley looks horrific. It's a big bye week, if you need him start him.

Too bad buff has a thursday game this week. Apparently only 50/50 on playing. I assume that's because he will be there all of 3 days

8-0 and just managed to trade some crap for demarco murray. feelin' fine.

i've never actually done well in ff before - any tips on long-game/winning in the playoffs?

starting roster is (PPR): wilson, bell, gurley, amari, sanu, ASJ, fuller (flex), saints, vinatieri
bench is: demarco, darkwa, robert woods, marvin jones, corey davis, marquise goodwin, mackinnon

You're pretty loaded. You could probably start using Davis instead of Sanu.
How about an extra piece and McKennon for another receiver? I'm not sure you could live off Fuller's insane touchdown Mania he's got going on right now. He's not getting a ton of targets. But I definitely hold on to him because Watson is the real deal.

As far as looking ahead to the playoffs, I would just start looking at each player and checking their schedule. If you don't like what you see trade them off for a player with a sweet playoff schedule.
Try to have depth. At the end of the year teams out of it hold their players out for the rest of the season if it doesn't matter. Not all the time but I've had players was relying on vanish on me for the final couple of games because of injuries.
