gonna take chad's advice from the "quitting amazon" thread and make a new thread.

I'm happy to pass along my discount (30%) and $5 ship rate to anyone interested. not sure what response this will get/how popular it will be, but for now it's feasible for me to make some occasional post office trips and hook y'all up.

you will be buying from an independent bookseller that has been in business over 50 years.

so, yeah. books! books are cool. small business is cool.

Bookmarked! I very rarely buy books for myself online, but there's always stuff I need! Is there a catalogue?

there is online, technically, but it tends to be unreliable (indie next list is generally shite). fastest way to guarantee title availability is to PM me and I can check it against our 30 year old system in-store or our online distributor.

That’s quite the list. Their full catalogue is usually in stock. Any in particular?

Definitely do, GS!

It’s pretty extensive already but usually doubles in size this time of year (April is Natl Poetry Month)

Starting with Ballard, then I'm looking for: Vermilion Sands, The Drowned World, Empire of the Sun, The Atrocity Exhibition. But I'm a browser so if there are some other good looking editions over there, I'm interested.

In retrospect my response was a bit big. If you have vermilion sand or atrocity exhibition I’d take one or the other.

I’ll double check in our sale room tomorrow but it looks like they went out of print. Have you tried using alibris.com?

I used to recommend abebooks.com but HEY guess who bought them? Amazon.
