Hi friends.

Who are your favourite ghosts?

I love the subtle ones. It's funny - PERSONAL SHOPPER, starting Kristen Stewart, actually has my fav and my LEAST fav depiction in the same movie! My favourite type being the subtle, ending-glass-dropping one, and my least being the terrible spewy scary lady with the ectoplasm and all that shit.Toggle Spoiler

Another great one is in the movie THE AWAKENING; spoiler alert: one of the main characters was DEAD THE WHOLE TIME!Toggle Spoiler

But my real favourite ghost is probably the album GHOSTS I-IV by Nine Inch Nails :gapearth:

yeah the lady ghost in Personal Shopper was one of the stupidest things I've seen depicted

the ghost that sticks out to me in my mind the most has to go to the screaming ghoul face on the passing subway train in Jacob's Ladder.

there's a ghost in the novel The Plague Dogs that doesn't make it to the cartoon, but it's really awesome

I proposed naming our son Casper but my wife says it's too synonymous with the ghost.

the ghosts in everville are pretty sick, wandering around town, hearing plants screaming
((Stuffed is loved by old and young because this is where the puddings get sent in. Criss-cross paving and those tinkly hanging bells make ((Stuffed a very homely access to Hades. Full marks.
