This was alright but the dialogue was way crappier/cringier than I would have thought with Armstrong as writer/EP

this show isn't very good, i suggest you don't watch it. biggest problem is taking itself too seriously.

i liked this lol it's funnier than i thought; didn't take itself too seriously, which is nice. it looks so flat and dull tho. the baseball/kid scene had my stomach in knots probably one of the most unsettling things ive seen in awhile. Culkin is great.

Just started ep 1 and totally forgot Ferrell and Armstrong were on this so that credit sequence was pretty surprising. Some solid laffs so far: "Do you want to call your dad?", "He's puking out of his eyes!", Kieran Culkin strolling in.. the balance between super-serious business scheming and the Thick of It-isms in ep 2 feels kinda odd.

like, this third episode you can see the show and everyone in it figure out what it is. it's like everyone had a lightbulb go off and it was great; the show clicked with me too and everything just jelled
