what do you guys think a shirt "should" cost

bear in mind by the time it gets to you (at least by conventional methods) like 25 people have been involved with it in some way or another, and most of them would like to eat

I mean I just assume designer clothes are being made by the same dodgy supply chain as any other shirt.

I remember even shopping at like a local handmade boutique that was a rustic, here's a beer kind of place and the only reason they existed was because they were a miltary contractor

"designer" doesn't mean anything and hasn't in about two decades

everything is designed

"high end" doesn't mean much anymore either

i'd say that the just Absolute Fucking Disconnection of "value" or "quality" to price happened 4-5 years ago

there had always been bad operators charging premiums for trash, but the real shitheels took over when "streetwear" (lol) went "luxe" (rotflmao)

i am ha-hate

There's an APC outlet nearby, i buy most of my clothes there. Shirts will still cost 100 €/$ but they're well designed in good fabrics, and are made in Europe, so overall it feels quite nice to wear quality stuff that wasn't made by slaves in a factory that's going to collapse anytime
