Not to belabor the point, but honestly the LEGO and Ralph franchises because they have strengths outside of the references. And I guess I'd add Scary Movie 1 and 2 for being so deeply of its era. On the other end of the spectrum you have Ready Player One and like Pixels, which are just Look At This? Remember This?

The pinnacle up until now imo is all the Disney Princess stuff in this Ralph movie. A book could be written about this thick and contorted ball of in-references and commentary
