I'm still hyped for the MCU films but Spider-Verse makes such a great case for animation as the best medium for superhero films.

If WB/DC were smart they'd learn from Spider-verse (and Lego Batman to a degree), punch out of live action on a relative high note with Aquaman and just invest all their energy in making animated films for the big screen.

My daughter loved all the Spider-Beings but especially Spider-Gwen/Ghost Spider, Peni Parker and Spider-Ham. It was neat to see how simply she accepted the fact there could be any iteration of Spider-Man.

Then we got the PS4 and started playing Spidey over Xmas, so she's hooked. Was very excited to see Spider Man Noir as a costume but is disappointed there's no Spider-Gwen. ha ha ha

I always joke about how Big Wheel should be the next live action Spidey villain but in all serious Big Wheel would be amazing in a Spider-verse movie. Big Wheel and Rocket Racer should be in Spider-Verse 2.

Just saw this. It was so good, so cool. Loved it. Between having a base of operations in the Hudson Valley and being shaped like a couch, I can only assume kingpin was roger ailes.
