yeah i thought teen titans go was kind of annoying at first until i saw what else was out there, now i think it's probably the best thing DC has put out in years.

Low bar, although the movie would have to be significantly better than the show for it to top Lego Batman in my book.

it's definitely better than the show in all aspects, much better animation, great songs, the main villain is pretty good too

the bit i keep remembering and laughing at is when Gwen shows up, the way Peter says "oh you guys know each other? verrry coool"

didn't notice til the 2nd time that Miles's dad when he's ranting about Spider-Man, in the middle he says something like "that cereal is good though, i'll give him that"

The closest 3D screening is an hour away from me and I couldn't be more upset.

I had some buds who were not planning on seeing it because they don't give a shit about super hero movies anymore and finally agreed after I gushed to them. Midway through the logo sequence my dude leaned over and did a chuckling "aallll righttt". He loved it.

I like to toss the score on when I'm cooking.

yeah I've seen it in 3D three times

I usually despise 3D for the reasons already mentioned but this movie feels built from the ground-up for it. the extra dimension really helped my brain deal with the insane amount of visual information and the movie's bright enough to offset some of the typical issues with 3D glasses dimming the picture.,

I dunno, I highly recommend it

I really enjoyed the Teen Titans movie, but I also enjoy the show. The Night Begins to Shine ended up on my top 100 Spotify songs last year I think.
