I bought a 4-pack because every March they do a run of cans featuring retro designs and I am a sucker for that kind of marketing

This is literally the only time I drink Guinness

I eventually learned you can drink like an amber beer and that was enough of the guinness experience for me

I did not intend to impart an anti-Guinness sentiment; I'm merely reflecting that I'm no longer warm to something I once loved.

That said, I'm not big on dry Irish stouts in general. Sweeter than I care for beer to be.

I know I've posted about it before but I was genuinely shocked when I got to the US and saw both "Black and Tan" and "Irish Car Bomb" on bar menus.
