there are some insanely good whole roast cauliflower recipes on the internet. also, just roasting cauliflower in olive oil and zaatar is great.

i'd probably vote broccoli, cauli and then sprouts. but all of these options are good with the exception of bok choi

I am also planning halved brussel sprout kim chi and going to try mustard greens with a nettle kim chi recipe(bc its delicate i guess)

i like to slice green cabbage into cylindrical steaks, pour on a little olive oil, shake on salt and pepper and a hard cheese, and bake until real soft.
